Templer Park - Falls of Nature

'Templar Park' is located in a small valley, 2 km long and just north of the Kuala Lumpur’s city boundaries. The entry cannot be missed as the park is located beside the busy trunk road to Ipoh.

Templar Park is around an hour's drive from Bangsar, where we live. We had hired a cab and the driver took us to hot water springs and Templer Park, he was with us the whole day and charged us RM 200.

We took as always our Indian food cooked and savoured at home, along with some cold drinks. It is suggested to take food along, as there are no options available.

The Hot springs were nothing exciting, small reservoirs where natural hot water was emerging  out of sulphur rocks. We just managed a few quick photos there and continued on our way to Templer Park.

Templer Park, is nature's bounty. The place has seven levels of water falls with beautiful forest as the landscape. Its usually crowded on weekends with people beeing around the cool natural water falls to beat the scorching KL afternnons :)

We freaked over the place and took our way to the highest level of the fall n flimsy wet trails. It was quite an adventure.

One should carry change of clothes, there are changing rooms on 2 level, but hygeine of those is little questionable.

For walking up and down the trails of the canopy would suggest comfortable keds. Carry lot of liquid with you as might feel parched and thirsty specially in summer season.

Templer is a beautiful place where we can escape and elope in nature's arm and beat the hawt sun :)
